1-WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

xfixing works closely with global manufacturers and hand-craft workshops from all over the world to source and curate the trendiest products at the best possible price. For this reason, we ship from our US warehouse as well as warehouses located internationally.

2-ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that we are off on the weekend which may cause a delay. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 3 business days.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

3-SHIPPING METHOD

Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. Packages shipped from our international warehouses will be shipped by YunExpress or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product.

4-ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

Our estimated shipping time for addresses in the United States is 4 to 7 business days (This doesn’t include our 1-3 days processing time).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore xfixing does not guarantee delivery dates. Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs, weather delays, and more recently COVID-19 pandemic, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

5-TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your package’s tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days after placing your order, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated within 5 days after you place your order, please contact us on our customer support email (info@xfixing.com) for quick assistance.

NOTE

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

6-CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS

You have up to 24 hours to update your delivery address. Please email us at info@xfixing.com if you need the address to be changed. All replacements and/or refund requests will not be accepted if correct shipping information isn’t provided within 24 hours.

Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check if all the provided information is correct.

7-RETURNS

By placing an order onxfixing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to xfixing. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

8-LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. xfixing Returns & Refund Policy cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
